AI agent infrastructure platform Alphea secures $5M strategic funding

Alphea, a platform developing infrastructure for AI agents, has raised $5 million in strategic funding from a group of investors that includes MH Ventures, IBC Ventures, Titan Ventures, and Becker Ventures, the company announced.
The round is structured as a strategic raise rather than a traditional priced equity round. Alphea did not disclose its valuation or additional individual check sizes for the participating firms.
Alphea is building an AI-native distributed cloud and operating environment aimed at autonomous agents that require continuous execution, memory, storage, and machine-to-machine payments. The platform is designed to let AI agents run, collaborate, store data, and settle value in one integrated environment, rather than relying on separate cloud and blockchain stacks.
The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, improve its developer network and testnet, and strengthen its CLI tools and Delta packaging system. Funds will also support growth of Alphea's global node ecosystem and its distributed supply model, which connects idle PCs, smartphones, and edge devices into the network.
Alphea's infrastructure is built around ALP, a native resource token used for settlement between AI agents and network participants. Founder and technology lead Henry Park said the team will use the funding "to accelerate the development of a true machine-to-machine economy, where AI agents can collaborate freely and use ALP, the platform's native resource token, for settlement."
MH Ventures said that "one of the biggest challenges in the AI era is not just building powerful models, but creating infrastructure that can run those models as reliable, long-term services," adding that Alphea's approach of combining execution, storage, networking, and settlement in a single environment could become an important foundation for an emerging AI agent economy.
The company said it will share more details on its roadmap, ecosystem collaborations, and upcoming milestones in the coming weeks, as it targets both builders and enterprises active at the intersection of AI, Web3, robotics, and DePIN.
