A Florida judge has issued an order to remove over 100 web pages discussing a lawsuit involving TV legal commentator Kelly Hyman and her father. The order, issued by Judge Thomas J. Rebull, also bans negative comments about Hyman and her husband, former judge Paul Hyman, and prohibits sharing court documents. Ripple CTO David Schwartz criticized this order, calling it the “worst legal take of all time,” but faced criticism for his stance.
Attorney Laura Powell shared an X post explaining Hyman’s case. Hyman, a television legal commentator, sued her father, Arnold Alex Daoud, over property ownership.
