March 7: US Federal Court (Southern District of New York) dismissed all Anti-Terrorism Act claims against Binance, according to the company's press release. Binance's General Counsel called it a "complete vindication"; the ruling removes a major legal/regulatory overhang for the CEX and is likely to boost market confidence, crypto adoption, fundraising and DeFi integration.

In a press release shared on March 7, Binance announced that a US Federal Court in the Southern District of New York had dismissed all claims brought against it under the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA).
Eleanor Hughes, the company’s General Counsel and spokesperson on the matter, indicated that this dismissal is a “complete vindication of all false allegations.”
