Coinbase Expands Offerings: COW, WELL, and CATI-Perp Added

Coinbase, the largest US-based digital asset exchange, is adding CoW Protocol (COW) on the Ethereum blockchain, Moonwell (WELL) protocol on Base, Moonbeam, and Moonriver, and perpetual futures trading for Catizen (CATI), a novel gaming bot on Telegram.

The prices of COW, WELL, and CATI all rose in the past 24 hours alongside a broader market recovery. The Coinbase listing should give COM and WELL more visibility, while perpetual futures trading for CATI will encourage growth and improve liquidity for CATI.

The trading volume of COW, WELL, and CATI shot up after their introduction on the Coinbase exchange in regions where the digital asset platform operates. For the COW token, the firm will support transfers as an ERC-20 token, starting on September 24, 2024, at 9 AM PT.
