BitBoy Threatens ‘Alleged’ Shiba Inu Founder: “I Have Your Home Address”

Popular cryptocurrency influencer, Ben Armstrong a.k.a. Bitboy, has once again opened up his feud with the founder of Shiba Inu (SHIB). Armstrong alleges that the Twitter handle “@neyma” is SHIB’s creator. Armstrong said that there is a rumor that the SHIB founder wants to come after him because he was doxxed by Armstrong.

However, Armstrong went as far as to threaten the alleged Shiba Inu founder. The popular YouTuber said that he knew the founder’s home address and stated, “One bad move, and I’ll checkmate you.”

One user replied to Armstrong’s tweet saying that his language left a bad taste. Armstrong replied that if the user knew what was being done to him and his family, they would feel differently. However, Armstrong has not clarified what is being directed at him or his family.

How did the Bitboy-Shiba Inu feud start?

In March 2023, Bitboy took to Twitter and said that he would dox the founder of Shiba Inu (SHIB). This was right after allegations of Shibarium copying Rinia’s code began to surface, as they had the same chain ID. Although Rinia’s developer discarded the rumors, the issue seemed to linger on. On March 17, Bitboy released a 20-minute video where he claimed that Neyma Jahan and some other members of Karma DAO, such as Andrew Lee, were behind the Shiba Inu project. Armstrong also claimed that FTX founder, Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) worked on Shiba Inu (SHIB) in its early days.

However, there is no confirmation if the Twitter handle mentioned by Bitboy is actually the Shiba Inu (SHIB) founder, Ryoshi. Jahan addressed Bitboy’s claims by posting a tweet and referring to an unnamed YouTube journalist. In fact, there is no other post on neyma’s page other than the one involving the unnamed YouTuber.

Jahan indicated that he is one of the founders of Unification (fund/$xfund). Nonetheless, it is interesting to note that Unification has played a vital part in the development of Shiba Inu’s Shibarium network.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) lead developer Shytoshi Kusama has also warned Bitboy to not spread FUD in the market. Kusama even teased the YouTuber about making Shiba Inu videos to sell a few t-shirts.
