CEO Changpeng Zhao expects blockchain and traditional finance to merge as institutional adoption accelerates, a shift that could boost crypto adoption across DeFi, DEX/CEX integrations, token launches and infrastructure fundraising.

During a Binance online session on May 13, Binance executive Nina Rong said the network will prioritize AI agents and build new infrastructure designed for autonomous on-chain systems. She said the goal is to let developers working on AI middleware focus on building blockchain applications without being slowed down by backend limitations.
Rong pointed to higher transaction capacity and a new “agentic SDK” as key parts of this plan.
