He said the Canary Network he is proposing needs to work just like the XRP Ledger in all key features. The network will need to have its native token and stablecoins backed against the EUR and USD amongst others.
Per his proposed Canary Network, he is advocating for a decentralized system where everyone will be able to contribute to the canary activities.
