Hamster Kombat reveals airdrop and token launch date

In an X Post, Hamster Kombat announced that it will launch the $HMSTR token on TON on 26th September. On the same day, players will receive the long-awaited airdrop.

Originally, the token was set to release in July but got delayed due to planning required for an airdrop of such as a scale. To date, Hamster Kombat has amassed 300+ million players with over 80+ million players actively playing the game over the last month.

News of the airdrop came just a day after the TON blockchain went offline due to network congestion. A representative at The Open Network confirmed that this outage was due to the launch of the DOGS token. The network is now working normally at press time.
