Honkai: Star Rail version 2.5 launches on September 10 with new characters and events

HoYoverse officially revealed that the upcoming big update of Honkai: Star Rail, called ‘Flying Aureus Shot to Lupine Rue,’ will be launching on September 10, 2024. This update will push the game further in version 2.5 and incorporate new characters, new events and new things to do for players on all platforms including PS5, android, iOS and PC.
This latest version 2.5 update will bring three additional playable characters, each having special powers and elemental types. Feixiao, also known as the Arbiter-General of Xianzhou Yaoqing, is a 5-Star Wind-element Hunt unit. She is a martial artist and, therefore, highly proficient in performing follow-up attacks and landing hits that go through elemental resistances. Her performance on the battlefield is anticipated to add a considerable amount of damage to any team.

Lingsha, a character who will be rendered on the second main banner of the update, is a 5-Star Fire-element Abundance character. Lingsha, being the Cauldron Master, can command the special incense beast that breathes fire at the enemies and heals the allies in the course of the assault. The effectiveness of breaking enemies is increased dramatically by her ultimate ability, which is a good attribute to have as a character for both attack and support in attacks.
Honkai: Star Rail’s Wardance event unfolds intense battles on Xianzhou Luofu
With version 2.5 releasing a few new characters, an interesting new feature called the Wardance will also be introduced. The Wardance is a tournament set in the Xianzhou Luofu with unique fighting rules. This event follows the lecture plans in version 2.4 where the player, along with March 7th and Dan Heng return to compete in the competition hosted at Luodo.
However, the tournament is under the threats of the Borisin, an enemy faction of werewolf creatures that are fierce enemies of the Xianzhou Alliance. As the plans of the Borisin to sabotage the tournament will be activated, the players will be forced to be allied with the fighters of Luofu and other nation ships of Xianzhou to stop these efforts.
Furthermore, along with the Wardance event, the update will also bring reruns of Warp banners for several popular characters. Players will look forward to summoning heroes like Robin, Black Swan, Kafka, and Topaz & Numby, who are making a comeback in this update. These new banners allow players who have missed such characters in earlier runs to recruit these characters.
US Judge Dimisses Class Action Dogecoin (DOGE) Lawsuit Against Elon Musk and Tesla

A US judge tossed the class action lawsuit accusing Elon Musk and his company Tesla of manipulating the Dogecoin (DOGE) market.
A group of disgruntled DOGE investors sued Musk in 2022, accusing the business magnate of orchestrating a pump-and-dump via a series of public comments about the popular memecoin.
Musk’s lawyers have filed multiple motions to dismiss the lawsuit, and the Dogecoin investors responded by filing amended complaints.
That back-and-forth ended this week when District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein sided with Musk’s legal team and closed the case.
Hellerstein drew attention to the specific Musk quotes highlighted in the complaint, noting that he “failed to see” how the Tesla CEO manipulated the market or facilitated a pump-and-dump.
“These paragraphs allege statements by Musk on ‘Twitter’ to the effect that Dogecoin might be his favorite currency and that he had purchased some for his son, that Dogecoin is the people’s crypto and the future currency of Earth, that Dogecoin might become the standard for the global financial system and the currency of the internet, that Musk agreed to become Dogecoin’s CEO, and that Musk might put a ‘literal’ Dogecoin in SpaceX and fly it to the moon and that Dogecoin would pay for the mission, that Tesla vehicles could be bought with Dogecoin, and the like.
These statements are aspirational and puffery, not factual and susceptible to being falsified. They cannot be the basis of 10b-5 lawsuit… and no reasonable investor could rely upon them.”
