Liquidswap is an AMM decentralised exchange on the Aptos blockchain. The protocol uses smart contracts developed by the Pontem Network team, written in Move and published on the Aptos core network.

Supported features and benefits:

Uncorrelated token swaps (similar to Uniswap V2); AMMs use what is known as Constant Function, a formula for calculating the relative prices of two tokens that ensures that the pool is not emptied by any liquidity event.
Stable swaps for correlated assets that use a different liquidity curve; The formula in the liquidity curve is different from uncorrelated swaps to reduce slippage for large swaps.

DAO Treasury, which receives a portion of the commission for each swap transaction;
Commission structure. Default DAO commission is 33% of total commission, 66.7% liquidity providers.

Dynamic commissions: managed by multisig treasury and dao in the future.
Liquidswap commissions are configured by treasury multisig and then by DAO.

Current configuration:
Default commission for uncorrelated pools is 0.3%
Default commission for stable pools - 0.04%

The Treasury or DAO can always change the default fees and pool fees as long as they follow the following rules:
Minimum fee for both curves is 0.01%.
The maximum fee on both curves is 1%.
Minimum DAO commission - 0%.
The maximum DAO commission is 100%.
