Together with Input-Output, World Mobile will deliver a revolutionary, scalable network in Africa and beyond. There are three layers of nodes in the proposed network model (World Mobile Chain):

- Air Nodes - provide coverage and Internet access to users
- Aether Nodes - provide the link to legacy telecommunications operators
