Development is entirely in the hands of the community, as there are no investors, team members, or other stakeholders of any type. Governance is used to determine modifications to the liquidity pools, for example, creating new liquidity, adjusting liquidity in such pools, as well as allocating PNG to a particular smart contract or user.</p><p>The community can also enable fee switches via the governance process. By doing so, 0.05% of all fees from swaps can be diverted to a certain address.
