To achi `eve cohesion, we’ve created a structure that keeps everyone aligned through a central compliance function, local compliance leads or legal partners who monitor relevant updates and quarterly compliance forums. We’ve also implemented a compliance change register that tracks regulatory developments and internal reviews.
This helps us stay proactive rather than reactive, so that our strategy is globally consistent while remaining locally responsive.
