Omni Exchange is a multi-blockchain decentralized exchange (DEX), which aims to combine liquidity between different EVM networks and simplify the work of DeFi users on different blockchains.

It introduces sustainable tokenomics with the veToken model — holders of the OMNI token can stake it for a long time (up to 4 years) in order to participate in management, direct emissions and receive real rewards through a share of commissions, refunds and a "bribe" system, all with the support of buy-backs and burn mechanisms to reduce the offer.

Omni Exchange uses the LayerZero OFT V2 standard for the OMNI token. Due to this, users do not need to "bridge" the asset in the usual sense or work with wrapped versions — the token can be natively moved between networks. This approach makes OMNI a full-fledged multi-blockchain asset.
